Adaptogenic Apothecary is a premium adaptogen and medicinal mushroom supplement brand designed to support hormonal balance through every life stage — from menstrual cycle support to menopause, anxiety and sleep. Founded by sisters Jodie and Paris, the brand emerged from their lived experience and deep curiosity around the cyclical nature of female hormones, energy, and mood.

After two years of research and development with a medical herbalist, they created Harmony, a powerful natural supplement that works in harmony with the female cycle. Building on the product’s success, they expanded the collection to include a range of supplements presented in elegant amber glass jars — chosen both for their timeless apothecary aesthetic and their ability to preserve the purity of potent botanical extracts. Their portfolio supports every stage of life, offering targeted blends for menopause, libido, anxiety, and male vitality.

The brand identity draws from the mystical, intelligent beauty of nature and enchanted woodlands. Blending traditional botanical illustration and folklore inspiration with a modern, apothecary-inspired aesthetic. A repeating pattern of illustrated adaptogens — such as ashwagandha, milk thistle, maca, cacao, and saffron — evokes both cyclical rhythm and ritualistic self-care, referencing the natural hormonal cycles the supplements are designed to support. Deep, moody colour palettes evoke a sense of earthy alchemy, while gold metallic accents add a luxury finish.

The brand launched with Harmony — a pioneering vegan supplement specifically designed to support the four phases of the menstrual cycle: Menstruation, Follicular, Ovulation, and Luteal. Each blend is formulated with science-backed, clinically proven ingredients, including Affron® saffron extract, ashwagandha, and medicinal mushrooms — all chosen for their efficacy in supporting hormonal health and emotional wellbeing. The powdered supplement is presented in daily-dose sachets, and we designed a bespoke 28-day mailing box.

Building on the success of Harmony, the brand introduced two alcohol-free glycerite tinctures. Inhale: A refreshing, uplifting blend featuring Matcha, Siberian Ginseng, Gotu Kola and Ginger — crafted to energise and clear the mind. Exhale: A grounding, soothing formula with Reishi Mushroom Dual Extract, Chamomile, Rosebuds and Lavender — created to ease tension and restore calm.

Adaptogenic Apothecary bridges ancient plant wisdom with modern wellness rituals and clinical validation, offering a brand experience that feels magical, grounded, and deeply nurturing. Every detail — from the ingredients to the packaging — supports a sense of balance, beauty, and inner harmony.
